MATLIT 4.1 is now online
Volume 4.1 (2016) of MATLIT: Journal of the Doctoral Program in Materialities of Literature was published on March 1, 2016. The title of this issue, edited by Manuel Portela and António Rito Silva, is 'Digital Literary Studies 1'. It is the first of two issues based on the conference "Digital Literary Studies", held on May 14-15, 2015.
This issue publishes articles by Florian Cramer; Fabio Ciotti; Desislava Zhekova, Robert Zangenfeind, Alena Mikhaylova and Tetiana Nikolaienko; Margarida Vale de Gato, Maarten Janssen, Rita Queiroz de Barros and Susana Valdez; J.R. Carpenter; Álvaro Seiça; Daniel Escandell Montiel; e Celia Corral Cañas. Sandra Bettencourt interviews Steve Tomasula. The Mediascape section contains a brief selection of websites containing projects, methods and tools relevant for digital literary studies. The review section includes eight book reviews.
