Abstract

El texto plantea una rápida revisión de la historia cultural argentina desde la perspectiva de la historia de la noción de patrimonio arquitectónico, a través de la cual se constata que, desde mediados del siglo XIX, cuando el país comienza a organizarse institucionalmente, el tema de las relaciones con el pasado y el recorte de momentos identitarios, tiene distintas connotaciones, relacionadas con la lectura y valoración que se hace de dicho pasado en cada período y desde cada sector del cuerpo social.

Author Biography

Adriana María Collado, Universidad Nacional del Litoral

ADRIANA COLLADO (Santa Fe, Argentina, 1954).

Arquitecta (1981). Doctora en Historia del Arte por  la Universidad Pablo de Olavide de Sevilla (2008). Especialista en Historia y Preservación del Patrimonio, por el Centro Studi per il Restauro de Florencia, Italia (1987). Profesora de la Facultad de Arquitectura, Diseño y Urbanismo de  la Universidad Nacional del Litoral, desde 1985. Docente de posgrado en cuatro universidades nacionales de Argentina; ha dictado cursos y conferencias en universidades de México, Brasil, Chile, Francia y España. Ha publicado libros y artículos en revistas académicas.
