Abstract

The Quinta das Lágrimas Archive consists of several Funds / Family Archives that have survived organized around the three Houses that are on the Homem de Figueiredo / Osório Cabral de Castro family’s base, who settled in Coimbra. The organization of its documentation, in a utilitarian logic, is evident in its original finding aids, analyzed in this article.
