Abstract

Since long, the Local Government have been called to integrate the great national goal to achieve an Educational System that ensured a full participation in life and in economic development. Besides the schooling net management and the building responsibilities, it is necessary to integrate education and integrated management into an articulate project, throughout the definition of realistic and defiant goals. Thus, the “Local Educative Project” (LEP) must conjugate a set of integrated urban policies that have to combine the improvements in the urban territory biophysics, the immaterial nature actions to develop the work markets and to qualify specific social groups, in order to achieve a local sustainable development. The concept of Local Educative Project, as participative and prospective instrument is defined as the spine line of the educational intervention of the City Hall, but it is always set as a part of a Strategic Development Plan.
