An event that took place in the Serra da Estrela Natural Park was an opportunity to promote geocaching as a different geographic experience and a relevant tool to strengthen the tourist image of places suffering from a poor external representation. Following the example of this network of villages, geocaching is also an additional activity in a wide multifunctional appropriation of rural spaces, now open to tourism and leisure activities, especially in this particular region of heritage and a rocky landscape shaped by water courses.Downloads
