Abstract

This short paper tries to explain, to those who are not specialists of prehistoric architectures, the main questions raised by the study of a particular kind of sites: the monumentalized hills of the III/II mill. b.C. The author takes two sites located within the territory of the municipality of Vila Nova de Foz Côa (northeast of Portugal) as a basis of his argument.
