A set of sevillian tiles pf the Royal Palace in Évora, exhumed during a follow-up intervention in the 1º de Maio (1st of May), located in this city. This study aims to frame the historical context in which they are inserted, as well as to explain how they were applied, what patterns formed, their origin and production and, finally, to analyze the decorative relationships they establish with other known patterns.
