Trends, best practices and innovation in entrepreneurship teaching to journalism and creative industries students

This paper presents the first analysis results from innovation and entrepreneurship teaching models applied to journalism and creative industries worldwide, adding as an empirical case study the first practical approaches made within Crebiz.eu project. The pilot, implemented in Portugal, provides data to evaluate the proposed teaching approach and promote some conclusive reflections over the teaching model and learning outcomes. The main goal is to support the future development inside the project. The theoretical frame is based on the analysis of 60 examples of innovation and entrepreneurship teaching models in different scientific areas, selected worldwide and as good practices examples, to add context and help to identify current trends. These study cases where organized to help develop a Business Development Laboratory Study Module.
