Abstract

The human existence extends itself in a space-temporal coordinates frame (Giddens, 1991), determinant factors of the constitution and development of the social agglomerations. The anomaly that was born with the inurbanities and incivilities of the cities, accented and made solid in its development, makes possible a realistic perception in the person, that exists and where simultaneously acts, stability (central and protected spaces e.g., closed condominiums) and insecurity (delinquent spaces, peripherals and devaluated e.g., neighbourhoods). This dichotomy of good-bad, originates immobility and isolation, making impossible to someone to have certain behavioural responses, promoting fear. The fear increases the space separation and vociferates the exacerbate exclusion: segregation. Throughout this article we will look for to understand the genesis of the rupture surrounding man-environment.
