Preventing and promoting the psychological and occupational health of pre-hospital medical emergency professionals is of particular relevance, given their greater vulnerability and risk, especially during the COVID-19 pandemic. However, there are few human and technical resources to carry out these tasks on a regular and systematic basis. The use of technological and computerized systems in health (generically designated e/m-health) is in strong expansion but is still little developed and is not ready to address the specific needs of emergency professionals. This paper aims to present SIROPH (Surveilling and Improving Rescuers' Occupational and Psychological Health), a prototype system that monitors and manages risk and protective factors associated with the psychological and occupational health of professionals from INEM. A multidisciplinary group of professionals from INEM was consulted beforehand, an in-depth literature review was conducted, and a needs assessment was carried out with the target population (n=160), which found gaps in the topics of stress, depression, trauma and well-being. As a result, SIROPH was developed as a Moodle unit and as an independent website. It included questionnaires, feedback of results (individual and collective), psychoeducational contents, and strategies and exercises to prevent psychological disorders.
