In the margins of a medieval manuscript of Ovid’s Metamorphoses, today known as “Patetta 314”, can be found a medieval pseudo-ovidian poem to which was given the latin name of Metamorphosis flaminis in gallum. This article presents a portuguese translation of the original poem, as an introduction to a new proposal related to the objective with which it was included almost among the verses of the original ovidian poem.
