The fund of Judgment of Peace from Sé Nova de Coimbra

Abstract

The documentary fund of Judgment of Peace from Sé Nova de Coimbra is disclosed in this work that consists in its archival description, following the international standard ISAD (G) and the guidance prescribed in the national ODA. Sequentially, is also presented his own inventory of the fund, with list of installation units that make up each documentary series. To make accessible to users this documentation, is open the path to new lines of investigation, since the documentation gives new contributions to what would have been the panorama of litigation, between the municipalities of Coimbra, from 1834 to 1927, as regards small issues before they give rise to legal proceedings, in the ordinary court.
