Abstract

The aim of this article its to reflect about the relationships between psychiatry, law and social danger in the 1920s and 1930s in three European countries, Spain, France and Belgium, in order to show the importance of social dangerousness within the framework of the mental hygiene and how they were implemented with social defense policies.
