The Inclusion Density and Geometry and the Behaviour of Walls Reinforced with Geosynthetics

Abstract

The role of the geometry and density of the inclusions in the behaviour of walls reinforced with geosynthetics is analysed by a numerical model based on the finite elements method. The safety of the wall is studied by an equilibrium limit methodology.
