Logics: using its principies in geotechnical problems

Abstract

 lt is claimed that a more intense use of Logics principies in Engineering studies can be largely rewarding. A discussion concerning the logical structure of very important fields of Geotechnique (Soils Classifications, Codes of Practice) is presented.
