Abstract

José Esteve Pardo is a professor at the Faculty of Law of the University of Barcelona, where he teaches Administrative Law and Environmental Law. As a researcher, José Esteve Pardo has carried out studies in various areas of Public Law, but has devoted particular attention to the management of technological risks, having published the book Técnica, Riesgo y Derecho in 1999. With the work El desconcierto del Leviatán, the author returns to the reflection on the management of technological risks.
