Places of Worship in Spatial Planning
Taking as a reference the works underway at the time of the construction of the Church of the Most Holy Trinity in Fátima, we consider it appropriate to prepare a dossier on a topic seldom addressed by our legal doctrine: places of worship in spatial planning.
Our interest lies in an approach to the phenomenon focused solely on the urbanistic and spatial planning aspects, seeking ultimately to assess whether these spaces, for the purposes mentioned, differ in any significant way from other spaces that can be individualised within the geometry of the territory.
