Resistance tactics of journalists are practices waiting for systematization. There are authors investigating how journalists make the values of the profession prevail, but the literature still resorts to the dichotomy "boss" and "employee", giving the former the primacy in many decisions. This article raises initial notes on the journalistic culture of negotiation, in order to maintain the horizontality of relations between publishers, editors, reporters and the consumer of information. Aware that entrepreneurs interfere in journalistic making, we have as premise that journalists create defenses to these impositions, to allow daily reactions. A literature review was carried out and six interviews were made with journalists related to investigative reports. We conclude that the uncertainties of journalism in the face of the digital spectrum lead to uncertainty in relation to professional resistance: journalistic culture is identified, but is weakened.
