Neglecting to clean up forest areas has favoured an increased risk of fire. In the past, village life involved using woodland undergrowth, which allowed the clearing of rural land. This work presents drivers for the risk of fire in piles of forest litter. An algorithm is presented that was constructed to understand whether the formation of water vapour condensation is recorded on site. Interviews were conducted based on a questionnaire prepared for a community of village residents to learn about the experience of making fires by burning forest litter. A proposal is suggested for citizenship training and education in schools, in the context of training regarding issues that influence the preparation and prevention for burning forest litter.
