Abstract

In this paper, we present a methodology to the land urban use capacity analysis, associated to the identification of prime ability areas to specifics uses. The analysis is based on a model application that permits to define ability classes to different use types, in function of urbanity criterions and urban growth limitations, including natural risks occurrences possibility. The different phase's model description is associated with a study case, in a concrete area at Coimbra town.
