Emergency management in schools

This paper presents an approach, intentionally facilitative, to the intervention process in case of emergency, in the school environment. The goal is to provide support to the decision between the moment of the declaration of the emergency and the arrival of the help teams. For such purpose it is placed to discussion a set of protocols designed specifically for different natural-risk scenarios. This approach is intended to nonprofessionals, responsible in each organizations for the preparedness to emergency.
