Abstract

The aim of this paper is to present the main design and execution criteria related with ground improvement solutions using soil cement columns, mainly jet grouting columns, caped by load transfer platforms (LTP), formed by compacted fills reinforced by geosynthetics: polypropylene biaxial geogrids or high strength geotextiles.
