A Rheological Newton Model Submitted to a Cycle Linear Stress

Abstract

Toe Newton model submitted to a cyclic linear stress is studied, and it is found that its behaviour approaches the one for the creep due to a stress equal to one half of the amplitude, of the cyclic linear stress, when its period tends towards zero, and its linear variation rate tends towards infinite (fatigue test with a very short period).
