The influence of the uniaxial compression stress intervals on the rock deformability anisotropy

Abstract

This paper discusses the influence of stress intervals on the characteristics of the anisotropy surfaces of six types of rock, as obtained in a first loading-unloading quick test. Some tendances observed, thought relevant, are briefly described.
