Elastoplastic behaviour of soils - analysis of a non associate model

The elastoplastic behaviour of non associate soils is analysed through the definition of an equivalent material with associate behaviour.
This formulation, leading to symmetrical systems, is compared with other formulations both in terms of results and iterations needed for convergence.
The significant differences between associate and non associate models are emphasised.
