Soil-lime in road and airfield paving

Abstract

The paper briefly sums up the present knowledge on soil stabilization with lime in roads and airfields, refers points of major interest in some laboratory studies out at the LNEC on this subject, and describes applications of this type of soil stabilization in Mozambique and the construction method in use there.
