Abstract

O presente trabalho apresenta o modelo de participação popular na mediação ambiental e fundiária no sistema legal e jurídico brasileiro. O objetivo do trabalho é sugerir a implantação de parâmetros de participação dos sujeitos envolvidos no conflito para obterem a solução do problema ambiental e fundiário.
