Abstract

Este artigo analisa a evolução jurídica dos espetáculos tauromáquicos emPortugal, especialmente as touradas de morte, a tourada à corda e a capeia arraiana. A pesquisa tem o objetivo de identificar se existem fundamentos jurídicos para que esses rituais festivos sejam incluídos na lista do patrimônio mundial da Organização das Nações Unidas para a Educação, a Ciência e a Cultura (UNESCO).
