Abstract

Este trabajo analiza el régimen jurídico existente en materia de eficiencia energética en la edificación. Se exponen las estrategias y normas planteadas desde la Unión Europea y su recepción por el Derecho Español, del que se resumen sus aspectos más importantes. Se concluye que para alcanzar los ambiciosos objetivos planteados en la Estrategia Europea de Eficiencia Energética hacen falta inversiones y ayudas públicas de gran calibre.
