Abstract

O artigo trata dos problemas ambientais decorrentes do transporte de espécies animais e vegetais, por todo o mundo através de navios, ressaltando o uso do princípio da precaução e a sua aplicação para este caso específico onde o dano da miscigenação de espécies não nativas é geralmente desconhecido.
