Abstract

A nossa análise jurisprudencial incide sobre um caso mediático da expropriação ilegal feita pela Câmara da Batalha há cerca de 30 anos, na zona envolvente do Mosteiro da Batalha, expropriação esta que versou sobre terrenos de particulares, para supostamente neles construir a fração B do Mosteiro, que não chegou a ser construída, podendo ter existido uma fraude na declaração da utilidade pública ao ter sido dado outro destino ao prédio urbano que não o apropriado a uma expropriação.
