Abstract

A consciência crescente da importância de manter uma relação harmoniosa entre os seres humanos e a natureza tem vindo a refletir-se no reconhecimento jurídico nacional e internacional de elementos naturais merecedores de proteção como espécies selvagens da fauna e da flora, habitats naturais e outros elementos emblemáticos da natureza.
