Abstract

A interessante obra de Gabriela Marcatajo versa, essencialmente, sobre o chamado dano existencial qualificado como ambiental, como hipótese de dano evento à pessoa humana resultante de lesões causadas ao ambiente, no panorama da responsabilidade civil.
