Abstract

O livro “Human Rights and Climate Change: a review of the internacional legal dimensions”, editado em 2011, é uma publicação do Banco Mundial, que tem como objetivo divulgar o mais rapidamente possível os resultados dos trabalhos desenvolvidos. Este estudo foi encomendado pelo Departamento de Direito Ambiental e Internacional do Banco Mundial como parte de um projeto de pesquisa financiado pelo Fundo Fiduciário do Banco Mundial sobre o Desenvolvimento Ambiental e Socialmente Sustentável.
