Abstract

A obra acentua a relevância da participação da sociedade na efetiva proteção do meio ambiente. Diante da globalização econômica, que exige uma visão global do meio ambiente por parte dos governos, instituições, empresas e de cada um dos cidadãos, faz-se necessário uma mudança de atitudes e valores, dando lugar a diferentes maneiras de sentir, pensar e participar da gestão e proteção do meio ambiente.
