Abstract

In the context of a Unitary Rule of Law committed to pursuing an integrative environmental policy, focusing on the levels of protection achieved with the current regulation of the National Ecological Reserve, this study aims to assess the admissibility of the legislative solution adopted in the Autonomous Region of Madeira, which provisionally defined it by reference to the "legal regime of protected areas in force."
