Abstract

This is a request for the establishment of an arbitration panel submitted to the International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID), dated June 2, 1995, in which Compañía del Desarrollo de Santa Elena, S.A. appears as the claimant against the Republic of Costa Rica.
