Abstract

“Best Idea to Include in the Future Environmental Framework Law”

As in 1987, the new Environmental Framework Law should be a reference document marking a new approach to the National Environmental Policy strategy, enabling the country to face the new challenges of cities/communities and integrating a priority guiding principle: Sustainable Development.
