Abstract

The referenced work is an essential reference for all those dedicated to the study of environmental law in general and the issue of sustainability in particular. It is a collective work that reflects the plural world of the environmental “ambiance.” However, it is the various bodies of knowledge condensed within it that allow us to access the three basic pillars of the sustainability problem: ecological sustainability (pp. 425–535), economic sustainability (pp. 535–620), and social sustainability (pp. 620–669).
