Abstract

This article briefly addresses the fundamental lines of the evolution of Urban Planning Law in Portugal during the years 2001, 2002 and 2003. It focuses on the most relevant developments in the evolutionary process of Urban Planning Law within the fields of legislation, territorial planning, case law, and legal doctrine that took place during the mentioned period.
