Constitution and "Environmental Time"

Today, in legal scholarship, there is talk of "just procedural time." This topic aims to put forward suggestions for the acceleration of environmentally relevant administrative procedures. However, there are constitutional-legal objections.
These relate to the principles of equality, impartiality, and legality, as well as the principle of separation of powers.
