Abstract

In a rapidly transforming world where, economic, technological, socio-cultural changes generate new risks and ways of dwelling with them, it’s crucial to reinforce a culture of security as a right and duty of citizenship. The mobilization of citizens in terms of risk prevention, of whatever nature, is a fundamental condition to increase general wellbeing and quality of life in society. Because risk is at the center of modem li f e, the society of risk it is not an option, but it is possible, through extensive collaboration, to promote a society with greater prevention security, health, and quality of life.
