Abstract

The zones of coastal domain constitute areas which present, in function of its genesis, a complexity of shapes and processes conditioned by several factors. Such factors are joined in the elaboration of sceneries which are structured under several levels of environmental fragilities, drastically altered in function of the model of use and occupation of the land. The study area presents an intense urban of rural use which is established under risk areas to mass movements and floods. The main objective of this research is to diagnose the weaknesses related to the processes of mass movements, floods and erosion in coastal environments.
