Abstract

Climatic hazards, above all the inundations, have constituted one of the most emphasized impacts at the present time on the town population, because with the progress of the urbanization process, tthe impermiability of the soil is acquiring high levels, collaborating with the origin and intensification of the environmental problem in the urban spaces. This article presents an analysis of climatic events that converged in "accidents" materialized in Campo Grande-MS city, starting from the news transmitted by the local press specifically represented by the "Newspaper Mail of the State".
