Abstract

This article aims to present the experience that is being developed in São Paulo, whose urban context is characterized by the coexistence of different types of risk spreading and the institutions responsible for the regulation of health and environmental risks are faced with new challenges to present adequately to society situations or contexts that threaten it. Thus, through this research project, we propose to test and build relevant methodologies that contribute to the development of a risk culture that values the practices of prevention and surveillance.
