The production of space is a prime factor for understanding the complexity of urban society, in that the production of urban space is at the forefront of the urban environmental problem in the contemporary world. The expansion of the capitalist mode of production has aggravated socio-spatial inequalities in towns and cities and accelerated the process of capitalist accumulation which began to reproduce, on the one hand, in all corners of the world, a living condition based on the production of capital and, on the other hand, the spatial production of the city, each with a singular morphology.
