Freedom in light of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and the 1976 Constitution of the Portuguese Republic.
Freedom and equality, fundamental values, condition of each other. Relative and not absolute rights: individual freedom that does not conflict with the freedom of others; aristotelian equality is equality of rights, every human being is different, positive discrimination, treating differently what is different.
The 25 April project of freedom. Freedom Day and Constitution of Freedom. The MFA choosed freedom, reason why the coup d’état evolved into a revolution; the people joined the 25 April, the MFA joined the PREC.
Freedom is captive. Freedom must be liberated.
