Propuesta metodológica para el estudio de la arquitectura doméstica urbana hispanorromana con el concurso de las TICS

Abstract

This work shows the application of a methodological approach specifically designed to develop the tasks of analysis and dissemination of the Roman dwellings at the site of Augusta Emerita (Mérida). The main objective is to reconcile the dissemination of the results obtained after the documentation of the archaeological record with the analysis methodology of Geographic Information Systems. The real power of the proposal lies in the accessibility of the information in real time to the digitised data stored in a geodatabase of each house in the colony.
