The “architectures” in the plural refers to the possibility of various interpretations of the architectural reconstruction of the Castelo Velho site based on the archaeological evidence observed and recorded in the archaeological campaigns. The assumption of the hypotheses about the constructive and spatial system of the Castelo Velho site is based on what was written about the place and similar places and how the questions of architecture stand in the face of interpretations and questions occur. In order to construct the hypotheses, it is also used, even taking into account the limitations of such exercise, information on systems and traditional constructive examples, some still in use today.
