Abstract

This study aims to relate the figure of special-purpose instruments to territorial planning instruments, particularly regarding the coordination of their provisions. This task requires an analysis of the complex issues surrounding the (coordinated) implementation of the directives directly and immediately binding on private parties, as well as the coherent operationalization of the equalization schemes provided therein. It also takes a (critical) look at the solutions adopted in special land-use plans approved under the Legal Regime of Territorial Management Instruments.
